		<description>Oh, no, the apricot spread is a necessary component.  If you omit the sweeness of the apricot, you&#039;ll disturb the whole tao of the sandwich.  Perhaps you could substitute dark honey... you should try it.  Both versions.  Perhaps, record the results onto some kind of sandwich blog?</description>

		<description>I love the way that you write about food ingredients and preperation, Scott. It really captures the spirit of having fun with cooking and of making a meal more of an adventure than a routine experience. Great work! This is a fun project.&lt;br/&gt;Now, maybe this is just a sign that I have been spending too many hours a day thinking about the crimes in this new book, but has anybody else mentioned that the Cuban Chicken looks as if she walked into a daytime robbery at the 99-Cent Store? I&#039;m jus&#039; sayin&#039;. Okay, I&#039;m going back to work now.</description>
