One of the judges must have had an emotional allergy to curry or something, but everyone said that I was robbed and that these ribs were the most original, most flavorful ribs that they ever had! These ribs are amazing and I look forward to making them again for my family and friends! PS - If you are in a rib cook off, I would definetly recommend giving these a go...
