		<description>I was going to purchase sarsaparilla extract to make sarsaparilla ice cream to use in Root Beer Floats ala Michael Mina (he uses root beer sorbet and sarsaparilla ice cream in the floats.), but I may just try infusing sarsaparilla root in the cream. It seems like that should work. Thanks for the idea.</description>
